Paul leads the strategic delivery of the Federation’s operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with its mission and optimising processes for efficiency. As former Chair of the SBF Employment Affairs Committee, he shaped industry practices and solutions. An HR graduate and CIPD member, Paul joined SBF in 2010. Passionate about training and apprenticeships, he serves as Registrar with the SBATC and represents SBF on several external bodies. Paul also mentors HR professionals and supports SMEs, building trust and providing reliable advice.
