Vaughan Hart became a part of the Scottish Building Federation (SBF) in 2006, where he has taken on multiple roles over the years. He began as the Head of Employment Affairs and subsequently advanced to the position of Deputy Chief Executive. Since 2013, he has been serving as the Managing Director of SBF. Prior to joining SBF, Vaughan worked as a Human Resources Executive at a multinational facilities management contractor. 

As a highly skilled HR professional, Vaughan specializes in employee relations and employment law. Alongside his responsibilities as Managing Director at SBF, he plays a pivotal role in directly assisting member companies with various aspects of business management. This includes offering expertise in strategic organizational planning, guiding company restructuring efforts, and facilitating leadership development initiatives.
